Say It Loud

I am still working on catching up on the Eleanor Burns Quilt of the Month.  Have finished constructing the May pattern "Girl's Best Friend".  I am calling this one "Say It Loud". 

It is not quilted yet since I had to order some thread for this one.  I am quite pleased with how it is turning out.

This is the March pattern, "Piece of Cake".  It was quilted with Isacord 24 karat gold thread with Warm and Natural batting using a bubble pattern.

It is not one of my favorites maybe because it is too subtle for my taste.  I like a little bolder fabric.

Then there is the newest addition to the family.........

A female Irish Wolfhound puppy which we have named Ziza.  She is 10 weeks old and weighs 22 pounds!!!
